Prototype

Prototyping is an important phase in the creation of a new object, so that it goes as well as possible for our customers, we support them during this stage thanks to our team dedicated to prototypes.

IDMM has set up an organization and a workshop dedicated to the manufacture of prototype parts. Machine programs are developed, and parts are machined from 3D CAD files. An odds statement is provided with each delivery.

We also take care of the management of the surface treatment or heat treatment on the components that require it. The component delivery time varies depending on the type of treatment requested and the finishing operations that can be carried out on request.

On request, we offer product improvements at the end of production in order to improve the industrialization of your products.
