Equality Index Women / Men
This index is composed of the following indicators :
- Pay gaps between women and men.
- Increased and/or promoted proportions of women and men.
- The percentage of women increased upon return from maternity leave.
- The number of women and men among the 10 highest paid in the company.
For this first exercise, which concerns the year 2019, IDMM FRANCE achieved the following score: 85/100.
Above the 75-point minimum required by law, it is nevertheless essential for IDMM to continue to promote careers in the industry to women, particularly in schools, to help our female employees develop within the company and thus enable them to achieve ambitious career paths.
